During this four month program you will:

Feel freedom as you take care of yourself and your health without counting calories and restricting food.

Gain confidence and trust in yourself as you reduce emotional eating and binging episodes.

Quiet the inner critic and self judgment and treat your body with kindness.

All sessions are easily conducted via audio Zoom.

My Coaching is not for you if:

What is included in 1:1 Private Coaching:

8 Sessions every other week (in a 4 month container)

Unlimited support between sessions. Leave me text messages or voice notes whenever you need additional support or to ask questions.
